DUTY STATION:

1- POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  1.        Master’s In Social Sciences from renowned institutions.
  2.        1-2 years’ experience.
  3.        Fresh Graduates are also eligible to apply.
  4.        Good skills in data analysis. 
  5.        Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

2- JOB FUNCTIONS (Specific to the job, both regular and occasional)

  1. Receipt of applications.
  2. Review of submitted documents and applications.
  3. Data entry for record purposes.
  4. After going through the case files and submitted documents, communicate to applicant organizations about missing documents and requirements.
  5. Sending final acknowledgement to applicant organizations after completion of mandatory requirements (MR). 
  6. Maintaining several lists including MR awaited cases, ready for field cases, evaluated cases.
  7. Responding / attending phone calls and answering to queries.
  8. Any other task as and when arranged by Manager Certification.

  2. Promote team spirit, work ethics and commitment to achieve the Certification Department objectives.
  3. Perform all such functions as may be incidental or additional to the above functions.
