Position: Assistant Finance Officer
Location: Head Office - Islamabad
Report to: Deputy Manager Finance
Flexible, Hard-worker, Energetic, dedicated and responsible.
Tasks and deliverables:
- Assist in record keeping and management of staff provident fund.
- Cash and bank management including safe keeping of petty cash.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Punching and processing of vendor and employee’s claims.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
- Record keeping and filing of vouchers & other documents.
- Assist in internal and external audit.
- Any other assignment given by the supervisor.
Knowledge of MS Office, financial reporting & communication skills
Qualifications and Experience:
At least two year of office work experience
