Punjab Commission on the Status of Women (PCSW) is implementing a project titled “GENERATING DATA TO
ADVANCE WOMEN’S SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELLBEING IN PAKISTAN 2016-18” Under the project, a
Project Management Unit (PMU) will be established, for which the services of suitable candidates are required against the following positions:

Minimum Qualification: Master’s (16-years education) in Social Sciences from HEC recognized institution. Foreign degree will be preferred.Experience: At least 3-years’ work experience, preferably related to women’s economic and social issues, with a research background. Research on social issues, research publications and exposure to international treaties, conventions, and work on Women Empowerment is required. Excellent data analysis and writing skills. Knowledge of data analysis software such as Stata / SPSS / MAXQDA etc. will be essential.

Minimum Qualification: Master’s (16-years education) in Development Planning, Economics, Social Policy, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related fields from HEC recognized institution.

Experience: At least 3-years’ experience of monitoring and reporting on projects in development sector. Strong analytical and writing skills and knowledge and skills of results based management approach, M&E Framework and its designing, tools, LFA, etc. are required

Experience: 3-years’ experience of surveys, field monitoring and field evaluation of projects with strong analytical and reporting skills in English. These positions will require extensive traveling throughout Punjab and Islamabad. (Complete travel support will be provided by the organization

* Market based competitive lumpsum salary package will be offered for all positions.
* The provincial quotas shall be applicable for the above-mentioned posts@ 15% for women, 5% for minority and 3% for disabled persons.
