Job Description:

• Know how of web development and data entry on websites
• Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
• Collect data from project staff related to feed in data base.
• Type in data provided directly from project staff
• Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update data on real time basis.
• Produce reports
• Retrieve data as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data
• Confidentially keep all project data.
• Any other task assigned by the project officer/administrative officer.
