Job Description:
  • Develop working prototypes of business software in consultation with manager and client input, using high-level development tools.
  • Design and develop meticulous user interfaces for business software
  • Write basic scripts using high-level development tools to add business logic.
  • Take customer calls and hand-hold them via phone and screen-control sessions to solve software operation issues.
  • Provide on-site software support services to clients.
  • Develop documentation and training material for developed software solutions
  • Conduct and assist in online and on-site end-user training sessions.
  • Perform data and images preparation, and perform uploading and entry to developed solutions and website.
