MEAL Officer is responsible for implementing activities to increase immunization coverage for zero-dose and under-immunized children in four districts of Punjab. The MEAL Officer will ensure systematic tracking of progress, accountability, and learning to achieve project targets.

Objectives of the Role

• Strengthen evidence-based decision-making through robust MEAL systems.
• Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting for project deliverables.
• Enhance accountability to stakeholders (communities, AGAHE, Gavi).
• Document lessons learned to improve program quality.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s/master’s in public health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in MEAL for health/community projects.
• Familiarity with Punjab’s immunization programs and EPI systems.
