Job Description: 

• Execute M&E System/tools in the program/Project.
• Develop result frameworks for the donor funded projects.
• Develop monitoring and data quality assessment plans.
• Prepare toolkits for the data reporting and analysis of project progress.
• Conduct Baseline/end line surveys, assessments/studies and Project Evaluation (both internal and external).
• Conduct mid-term evaluations of the projects.
• Conduct formative and summative monitoring and program and at the project level.
• Conduct context monitoring of the project and inform the management/project steering committee to develop coping strategies to ensure smooth functioning of the project.
• Develop an effective Complaint and feedback Mechanism (CFM) in programs and projects, through entrenching standard protocols.
• Develop issue log of the action points through maintaining Action Plan Tracker (APT).
• To prepare and review M&E plans, work breakdown as per program/projects requirement.
• Conduct regular follow-up and generate reports on the compliance status through monitoring visits as well as provide recommendations for quality assurance.
• Perform data collection and analysis utilizing advanced packages.
• Provide training and supervision to the survey teams, enumerators, and volunteers responsible for data collection.
• To facilitate project team and resource mobilization team in the planning process of the project deliverables.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Desired Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters in relevant discipline from any recognized University. 
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in monitoring and evaluation with National / International Organizations
