Position Objectives: |
|||||||
The objective of the position is to support the implementation of the Safer Access Framework (SAF) in order to sustainably improve the National Society’s acceptance and security, thereby contributing to enhanced acceptance and safer access for the PRCS. The role of the position is mainly: - To mainstream/integrate SAF elements in different projects/programs and operations of PRCS. - To facilitate and coordinate with relevant operational and support departments of PRCS on smooth implementation of SAF PoA - To monitor and report the progress of implementation of SAF PoA - To disseminate/share knowledge and skills set on SAF among different tiers of PRCS. |

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities |

a) That a well-designed stakeholders mapping is undertaken b) Perception study for PRCS in Pakistan is conducted c) Based on the findings of stakeholders mapping and perception study, develop stakeholders engagement plan and provide technical support to relevant departments of PRCS in its implementation. |

Education |
|||||||
Masters’ degree / 16 years of education in social sciences/ or management studies from any reputed organization. |
|||||||
Experience |
|||||||
Minimum of 3 years of experience in humanitarian and/or development sector . |
|||||||
Specialized level of knowledge in the Organizational Development particularly in the fields of internal communication, stakeholders management, capacity building of staff. |
|||||||
Operational experience in a diverse range of insecure contexts. |
|||||||
Relevant experience of working with the RCRC Movement will be preferred. |
