Position Objectives: To coordinate the field activities of MHTs, perform regular monitoring visits and keep a close liaison with branch / field teams, ensure regular data entries and submit report as per funding partner’s requirements in the four provinces of the country. |

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities: |

|
Implementation of Project Activities in selected districts across Pakistan. |
||||||
|
Liaison building with Provincial and District Health Teams, PRCS NHQ and other line departments regarding Mobile Health Team. |
||||||
|
Develop effective working relationship with field staff. |
||||||
|
Provide technical support to field staff in all project related activities. |
||||||
|
Develop Project Narrative reports, such as activity reports, monthly/quarterly reports and Project End report for onward submission to management and funding partners. |
||||||
|
Conduct regular field visits for facilitation, implementation of activities, monitoring & evaluation and other required tasks in selected districts. |
||||||
|
Develop plan of action for implementation of field activities. |
||||||
|
Maintain data base of project beneficiaries. |
||||||
|
Compilation of financial reports for project as per PRCS finance SOPs. |
||||||
|
Be well versed with Programme Management |
||||||
|
Perform other work related activities and responsibilities as assigned by his/her line manager. |
||||||
|
Other Duties. |
||||||
|
Actively work towards the achievement of the health programme goals. |
||||||
|
Abide by and work in accordance with the Red Cross and Red Crescent principles and Code of Conduct.

|
Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the line-manager. |

Education. |

|
MBBS and Master in Public Health from PMDC recognized university. |
||||||
|
Experience. |
||||||
|
Minimum 05 x years of professional working experience in field of public health. Candidates having experience with Public Health projects will be preferred. |

|
Skills / Knowledge. |
||||||
|
Sound working knowledge both written and spoken in English and Urdu languages. Program management experience and previous work experience with health department / humanitarian sector will be preferred. Skills in MS office applications is mandatory. |

|
Maximum age limit upto 40 years. |

Travelling:- Extensive travelling throughout Pakistan |
||||||
|
Duration of Project : 9x months |
||||||
