A national level organisation is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for its education project, deemed in Nowshehra, Swat and DIKhan.The required qualification and skills along with job description are down below:

Job Description: The project manager is desired to implement the project within the stipulated time frame and resources. Related tasks are as under:

-          Provide direct technical and managerial supervision and support to the project. Manage all aspects of project planning and quality implementation, including providing technical expertise, project finance, and budget compliance, supervising staff tasks and performance, coordinating with partners, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and building staff capacity as required.

-          Develop a detailed implementation plan with the support of staff and implement the activities.

-          Manage field teams and review the targets vs achievement. Keep him/her self-updated with all the field activities.

-          Develop and share a monthly district visit plan with the Head of the Programme and share a report at the end of each visit.

-          Supervise the data collection, entry, and analysis on monthly basis and share regular reports with the senior management team.

-          Share weekly work plan and progress with the head of the programme and monthly progress in the SMT meeting.

-          Conduct regular contact with the field staff, through various means of communication.

-          Keeps close coordination with the funding agency, line departments, community, and other stakeholders.

-          Has the ability to resolve conflict within the staff and at the community level.

-          Provide/arrange capacity-building training and technical support to the project staff

Qualification: Masters in Social Sciences or equivalent, MBA in Project Management

Experience:    5-8 years in project management
