Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities |

1 |
Design & Implement various Fundraising Campaigns for PRCS. |
|
2 |
Develop Marketing & Fundraising strategy for the PRCS under supervision of Head of RM. |
|
3 |
Work in close coordination with all departmental heads and project managers at NHQ to facilitate and ensure implementation of all Marketing and Fundraising Activities. |
|

|
Compile and maintain a database of international and local donor organizations (international foundations, bilateral and multilateral agencies and private corporations offering donations) |
|
5 |
Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of the organization and undertake independent research in finding alternative resources for long-term sustainability of the organization. |
|

Assist the Head of RM in writing concept notes, project ideas and project proposals and ensure their timely submission |
|
7 |
Provide support to the management in the development of donor proposals, business plans to generate income from various sources and in the preparation of progress reports. |
|
8 |
Oversee full utilization of donor contributions, review donor-funded programme implementation bottlenecks, challenges and opportunities and suggest solutions to improve results-based implementation and reporting. |

Provide assistance to Head of RM in organizing any fundraising events for the organization |
|

Work in close coordination with all Provincial Secretaries to facilitate and ensure implementation of all Marketing Fundraising Activities. |

Maintain close coordination and cooperation with the Movement partners (ICRC, Federation and sister National Societies) to achieve the successful implementation and management of Marketing & Fundraising Activities. |

To support the development of SoPs/guidelines on business plans/income generation projects for the PRCS |
|
13 |
To support the development of SoPs/guidelines on membership, and ensure their timely dissemination among the entire PRCS staff, particularly the branches |
|

Perform other work related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Secretary General |

Specific Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: |

Understands and adheres to the seven Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement |
|

Promotes the vision, mission, and strategic goals of PRCS |
|

Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability |

Education |
||
|
Master’s Degree / 16 x Years education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, English and other relevant field. |
|
Experience |
||
|
At least 05 years of professional work experience in resource mobilization, especially for innovative partnerships and partnership platforms, including a knowledge of donor priorities and outreach strategy is required. |
|
|
Demonstrated experience with donor communication including pitch and proposal development is a must. |
|
|
Familiarity with and experience in supporting public-private partnerships is highly desirable. |
