Scope / Purpose of the Position: |
||||||
Operationalize, administer and coordinate at all level for successful implementation Nor Cross supported PHC, MNCH, GBV, Watsan and Immunization program in district of Merged Areas and KPK Province while engage all stakeholder complying require services standard in collaboration with Provincial HealthManagers and field team to achieve program outcomes. |

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities: |

To assist in Execution, implementation and Coordination of Health program in coordination with Provincial Manager and follow-ups of Health currently working in the area of PHC (Health facilities BHUs) and Outreach services through medical camps and preventive services. |
|
Execute program and services according to Strategic &Action Plans (PoA) budgets sheet and log frames of Nor Cross supported health programs |
|
Processing financial and activities reports received from Health facilities and field staff, conduct programs financial reconciliation based on activity and financial reporting |
|
Finalize cash forecast /cash request fund transfer request of project while synchronizing the proposal received from NHQ/PHQ and activity/budget approved for respective year |
|
Ensure the implementation of integrated Health structure for standardization of practices in Branches. |
|
To achieve target in respective district in coordinating with District chapters and other stake holder in collaboration with Provincial Manager |
|
Support timely (a) collection of all DHIS accountability framework data, use of data for action and feed-forward to Provincial level and use PRCS data collection tool for Program activity coverage reporting |
|
Support to provincial team for closelycollaboration with other partners in the Province (UNICEF, WHO, UNFPA, Assistant Commissioner (AC), District Health Communication, Public Health Engg Dept, and Union Council etc) through joint participation in meetings with Province officials and other stake-holders (Province team meetings, Province Task Force meetings) as well as in partner meetings as may be required and give technical recommendation |

Support and arrange training and capacity building of PRCS Health staff at BHUs and in field as well as Govt health personnel in PRCS targeted areas in collaboration with stakeholders |
|
Conduct supportive supervision and monitoring, finalize strategies, procedures, prepares detailed proposal, and formulates recommendations for administrative approval. |
|
To Synergize and Integrated BHU Service Delivery Activities to enhance coordination and direct programs related activities and give direction on programs functional developments. |
|
Provide technical leadership in collaboration with Nor Cross health team and oversight of project activities regarding GBV related to referral mechanisms and service provision, including health care provision, psychosocial support, for GBV survivors focusing prevention of violence against women and girls through social norms and behavior change; |
|
Ensuring provision of support through Village Health committee VHC’s to enhance health coverage in targeted areas. |

Ensuring the services are well-supported, managed and coordinated with oversight and accountability for all. |

Other tasks and duties assign by management. |

Frequent Travel to Merged areas (Orakzai, North Waziristan, South Waziristan) |
Education |

|
MBBS preferably with Master in Public Health (MPH) from PMDC recognized University/ Institution. |
Experience |
|
|
Minimum 5x years experience in similar field / position. Working experience in field of GBV will be considered addition qualification. |
|
Skills / Knowledge required - Very Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. - Very Good Communication Skills. - Very Good Report Writing Skills. - Experience in capacity building and trainings of health service providers. - Sound knowledge of working on financial tools and software. - Very Good team player (service oriented), able to work in stressful situation. - Flexibility to adapt to fast changing circumstances. - Team Management Skills. |
