About the Role
KM Ustawana International (KMUI) is looking for a talented SEO & Content Strategist to join our team at our Islamabad office. If you're based in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, or nearby — and you know how to grow a brand through smart SEO and standout content — we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own KMUI's complete SEO — on-page, off-page, technical & AEO/GEO (getting our brand cited in AI search results like ChatGPT & Google AI Overview)
• Develop and maintain the overall content strategy and communication direction for KMUI
• Understand KMUI's complete organizational structure, business pillars, projects, ventures, partnerships, achievements, and future initiatives before developing content
• Ensure that everything representing KMUI communicates one consistent corporate identity, tone, message, and positioning
• Manage content requirements for social media, website, company profiles, presentations, brochures, magazine advertisements, proposals, standees, event material, corporate announcements, campaigns, and other brand collateral
• Convert management ideas or raw information into professional concepts, messaging, headlines, captions, scripts, profiles, and creative briefs
• Work closely with graphic designers, providing clear direction on what needs to be communicated, content hierarchy, visual references, imagery, key messages, and overall presentation
• Review final graphics and creative material from a content, branding, accuracy, consistency, and presentation perspective before publication

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of hands-on SEO + content experience
• Strong grip on keyword research, technical SEO & link building
• Excellent writing and a sharp creative eye
• Familiar with Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Analytics & Search Console
• Someone who can think independently and keep one consistent brand voice
