Fixed Rate Framework Agreement for Provision of Food & Catering Services

1. Organisation Background

Association for Gender Awareness & Human Empowerment (AGAHE) is a national non-government organisation (NGO) established in 2007 under the Societies Act, 1860, in Punjab, with a vision to create an enabling environment for vulnerable segments of society where they can utilise their full potential for improvement in their lives and have equal opportunities to safeguard their rights. AGAHE’s core thematic areas include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Health & Nutrition, Sustainable Livelihood, Governance, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

2. Project Details

This tender is issued to establish a Fixed Rate Framework Agreement for the provision of Food & Catering Services required under AGAHE’s ongoing and upcoming projects, on a need basis, primarily in Multan & Muzaffargarh.

3. Purpose and Scope of the Tender

For the above purpose, AGAHE invites sealed tenders from reputable, legally registered and experienced food & catering service providers (hereinafter “Bidders” or “Tenderers”/“Vendors”) for the Provision of Food & Catering Services, required on a need basis, primarily across Multan & Muzaffargarh, comprising refreshment and meal boxes, meal-serving packages, and associated venue, catering and event-support services for AGAHE’s trainings, meetings, and other project and organisational activities.

The detailed menu items, specifications, estimated quantities and rate schedule are set out in Section 9 (Specifications, Quantities and Rates) of this document. Any of the menu options at Section 9 may be selected for a single activity of approximately 25–30 participants, as per the available budget, with or without hall and catering arrangements and other required event support. Bidders may quote rates for an individual city; partial or incomplete quotations for the items quoted may be declared non-responsive.

This procurement shall result in a fixed rate framework agreement for the supply of the above services; see Section 12 (Validity of Offers and Framework Agreement) for the applicable rate-lock period and extension terms.
