Vision Healthcare Foundation (VHCF) invites proposals from qualified Design-Build entities, either as a single firm or as a consortium led by one responsible entity, for the integrated design, approvals support, construction, testing, commissioning and handover of the Phase 1 Chakki Community Healthcare Centre. The assignment also includes preparation of a long-term Phase 2 site master plan. Construction of Phase 2 is not included in this procurement.
