Qualification:

• BBA or MBA (Marketing or Management)

Experience and Skills Required:

• Candidates with up to 2-3 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of operations and facilities management.
• Basic knowledge of social media, digital marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Creative thinking with an interest in branding, hospitality, and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Communicate with guests from booking to checkout, answer questions, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth stay.
• Staff Management: Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance, and coordinate with on-site team members.
• Property Maintenance: Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain strong communication to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Create, Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts; · Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports.
• Willing to travel across Pakistan
• Any other duties assigned by HOD.
