An international organization is implementing the Back to School & Accelerated Learning Project to support out-of-school and dropped-out children aged 7–17 years in of Islamabad Capital Territory. Through accelerated learning, the project aims to strengthen children's foundational literacy and numeracy skills and facilitate their successful enrollment into age-appropriate grades within the formal public education system.

In this regarrd the organization is seeking quotations from vendors for the school supplies.

Terms & Conditions

1. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
2. Quoted rates should be inclusive of transportation charges.Rwalpindi & Islamabad
3. Incomplete and conditional quotation will be rejected.
4. Form should be filled in ink. Use of lead pencil is not allowed.  
5. Payment shall be made through online bank transfer only.
6. The bid winner will submit 50,000 PKrs bid security in the favor of organization before purchase order.

Quotation Guidelines:

Interested suppliers are requested to provide a detailed quotation, including:

- Company name and contact information
- Itemized list of the requested items with corresponding prices
- Total cost for the supplied items.
