Sale of Vehicles

Pak Mission Society (PMS), a Section 42 company, invites sealed bids for the sale of its used vehicles on an “as-is, where-is” basis.

Inspection: Vehicles are available for inspection from 10– 11 August 2026 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: House 333, Street 29, Sector G-14/4, Islamabad

Submission Deadline: 11 August 2026 (by 5:00 PM)

Important Instructions

• Sealed bids are required along with 2.5% bid security (Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of PMS Pak Mission Society (NTN # 3673174).
• Vehicles sold without warranty, and all documents are available at the PMS Head Office.
• Transfer cost will be borne by the purchaser, and PMS will facilitate the transfer process.
• The successful bidder must complete the payment and vehicle transfer within one week of the award of the vehicles.
• Late/conditional bids will not be accepted, and any bid without bid security will not be accepted
• PMS reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids without reason & PMS's decision will be final and binding.
