Position Objectives:

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities: |

1 |
Ensuring timely, quality, and effective delivery of interventions at Medical Health Facility. |
|||||
|
2 |
Liaise with the District Program Officer (DPO) on the implementation of programmatic activities at district level/ |
|||||
|
3 |
Assist in developing detailed activity plans, ensuring implementation is aligned with project objectives, donor requirements and standards. |
|||||
|
4 |
Conduct regular field visits to monitor the interventions at Medical Health Facility. |
|||||
|
5 |
Facilitate coordination between field teams, technical staff, and support departments (logistics, finance, procurement) for smooth implementation. |
|||||
|
6 |
Ensure strong collaboration with district administration, health authorities, and line departments at District level (in consultation with the DPO) and province level with relevant program manager. |
|||||
|
7 |
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports/updates on different formats (Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports, Trimester reports, daily DHIS reporting) on regular basis. |
|||||
|
8 |
Ensure client exit interviews are conducted at Medical Health Facility to assess and improve service quality. |

Financial & Compliance Oversight |
||||||
|
9 |
Follow donor’s Financial and accounting rules and procedures while preparing expenditure reports |
|||||
|
10 |
Identify missing supporting documents, highlight, and follow up on those not in line with financial guidelines for the monthly closings, and inform the Provincial Finance Manager. |
|||||
|
11 |
Monitor periodic BVAs specifically for monitoring ensuring timely utilization of resources in line with donor and organizational policies. |
|||||
|
12 |
Ensure compliance with donor regulations and PRCS financial/administrative procedures. |
|||||
|
13 |
Responsible for Financial Risk Management and Internal Controls at the field level and Cash flow/Forecasting for field level spending etc |

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting |
||||||
|
14 |
Support PMER teams in data collection for project indicators (if needed). Strengthening community engagement approaches to promote accountability and feedback mechanisms |
|||||
|
15 |
Facilitate the monitoring visits and report back to the provincial line manager. |
|||||
|
16 |
Prepare high-quality narrative reports (monthly, quarterly, and final) for internal use and donor submission. |
|||||
|
17 |
Responsible for Data Quality Assurance & Verification, Feedback Mechanism/CEA, Lessons Learned collection, and contribution in ITT and Factsheet compilation etc |

Capacity Building & Representation |

Provide technical guidance and on-the-job coaching to field teams and volunteers. |

Represent PRCS in relevant district-level coordination forums, sectoral working groups, and stakeholder meetings. |

Education |

Must have MBA, or Master degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or related field. |
