A national non-profit organization invites applications from creative, skilled, and motivated individuals for engagement as a Digital Media & Content Creator on a task-based contractual basis.

The selected individual will be engaged as and when required for the development of digital content, photography, videography, graphic design, video editing, and social media materials related to the organization's activities and programs.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content for the organization's social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of organizational events, trainings, campaigns, field activities, and other important occasions.
• Edit short videos, reels, interviews, awareness videos, event highlights, and promotional content.
• Design social media posts, posters, banners, infographics, and other digital materials.
• Prepare engaging captions and written content for social media posts.
• Support the development of digital campaigns and awareness materials.
• Edit and format video and photographic content according to organizational requirements.
• Maintain an organized archive of photographs, videos, and other digital media.
• Coordinate with the concerned staff to understand content requirements and deliver assignments within agreed timelines.
• Keep up to date with social media trends, creative content formats, and digital communication practices.
• Undertake other media and content-related assignments as required.

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design, IT, or a related field will be preferred.
• Strong practical skills in video editing, photography, graphic design, and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in tools/software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with good visual storytelling skills.
• Good command of English and Urdu; knowledge of Pashto will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on assignments independently and meet agreed deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the area for photography/videography assignments when required.
• Portfolio or samples of previous work are highly desirable.

Nature of Engagement

This is a task-based contractual engagement. The selected individual will be assigned specific media and content-related tasks according to organizational requirements and will be compensated against agreed assignments/tasks.
