Degree, diploma or professional training in Photography, Media, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. A strong professional portfolio may be accepted in lieu of a formal qualification.

At least 3 years’ professional photography experience, preferably covering development projects, enterprises, industrial activities or field assignments. The photographer should be experienced in before-and-after documentation, action-based technical-assistance photography, high-resolution images, composition, lighting, framing, basic editing, captions/metadata, and appropriate visibility of PPE and project branding where applicable.

For technical experts, prior experience in delivering practical technical assistance to MSMEs, conducting enterprise diagnostics, developing action plans and implementation tools, and providing on-site coaching/capacity building will be preferred. All candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills, be willing to travel across Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar and Larkana, and be able to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs in Urdu. Ability to communicate in Sindhi will be preferred.
