Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Medicine, Nursing Management, or a related discipline.

At least 7 years of experience in hospital administration, operations and quality management, including patient flow, departmental coordination, records management, service-quality systems, infection prevention, development of SOPs, staff responsibilities, regulatory compliance and staff training. Experience in supporting small or medium-sized healthcare facilities will be preferred.

For technical experts, prior experience in delivering practical technical assistance to MSMEs, conducting enterprise diagnostics, developing action plans and implementation tools, and providing on-site coaching/capacity building will be preferred. All candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills, be willing to travel across Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar and Larkana, and be able to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs in Urdu. Ability to communicate in Sindhi will be preferred.
