Shifa Foundation invites sealed tenders from legally registered, experienced food, catering and event management firms for a 12 month fixed rate framework agreement, on an as and when required basis, for trainings, meetings, community sessions and official events across Pakistan.

The tender is divided into six lots: Lot 1 Punjab & ICT, Lot 2 Sindh, Lot 3 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lot 4 Balochistan, Lot 5 AJK, Lot 6 Gilgit-Baltistan. One vendor will be awarded per lot. A bidder may bid for one lot only. Bidding for more than one lot disqualifies the bidder from all lots.

Eligibility: SECP / Registrar of Firms registration; NTN and Active Taxpayer status; sales tax registration (FBR/provincial); valid Food Authority licence; at least 3 years of catering/event experience with government, UN, INGO, NGO or corporate clients; capacity to serve every district of the lot; 12 months of bank statements or audited accounts; not blacklisted, and no conflict of interest.
