Business Development Assistant Job Description-
Evaluate Medical Conglomerate is looking for a promising and motivated Business Development Assistant to support our company’s growth. Key duties include managing CRM databases, scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and conducting market research to support the BD team. This entry-level role requires strong communication and organizational skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities-

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends, building a pipeline of potential clients.

Assist the BD Team by identifying potential clients, initiating outreach via email or phone, and managing follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and contact databases (CRM).

Organize meetings, prepare presentations, draft proposals, and prepare sales collateral.

Support the development of professional relationships with new and existing clients.

Participate in organizing conferences, webinars, and other networking events.
Qualifications & Skills Required-

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for correspondence and presentations.

High level of organization, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Work Specifications-

Part time position, 5 days and minimum 20 hours per week.

Fully remote, based out of Pakistan.
