Subject:  Provision of Hygiene Kits

Requirements:

• The office of the Organization  invites to make a firm offer for the Provision of Hygiene Kits as per below details;

Items list for submission of quotation.

Quotation should clearly indicate the following:

• Currency of offer (must be in PKR)
• NGO reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity at the time of issuance of purchase order.
• Provide detailed specifications of items if different from the mentioned specifications.
• Price quoted should be valid for the next 03-month period.
• Prices quoted must be inclusive of all mobilization costs, i.e transportation of items and loading/unloading up to distribution location.
• Income Tax and General Sales Tax will be deducted from the payment as per rules of the Gop. Therefore, quoted prices should be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Other Instructions:

• Please submit your rates after filling out this RFQ form, and put the company’s stamp on each page of the RFQ.
• All the items shall be subjected to quality check at the delivery location; any substandard items supplied will be replaced by the supplier at his own expense. Any refusal by the contractor to replace the items will lead to immediate cancellation of the contract. Organization  will not be liable to any cost or loss of damages to the contractor.
• Vendor will provide  kits in non-woven (biodegradable bags with company logo) 
• Any supplier who refuses to supply the items after the PO/contract, his Bank draft/CDR 10,000 will be forfeited, and the firm will be blacklisted and same vendor will not be considered for future bidding processes.
• The vendor will only be considered if it submits its detailed profile including proof of past working experience in shape of copies of purchase orders/contracts and copies of registration certificates (NTN/GST).

Conditions of quotation:

Payment will be made online upon receipt of goods.

All suppliers doing business with Organization  should maintain high standards on ethical issues, respect and apply basic human and social rights, ensure non-exploitation of child labour, and give fair working conditions to their staff. Organization  reserves the right to reject quotations provided by suppliers not meeting the standards.

 Company aims to purchase products and services that the minimum environmental impact. Environmental considerations form part of the Organization  selection criteria, and Organization  reserves the right to reject quotations provided by suppliers not meeting these standards.

Manner of Submission of Bids:

• Please submit your sealed quotation by Hand or courier delivery to Procurement Department – Organization , office # 306-A 3rd Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad, Pakistan.
• Deadline for submission of quotations is 06/04/2026    Companies that do not submit their quotation by this deadline will not be considered.
  • In order to consider bids valid; suppliers should submit quotations for all the Items.

Organization reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of your quotation based on the information provided. Incomplete quotations which do not comply with our conditions will not be considered. The organization reserve the right to increase or decrease the quantity of orders.
