AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed bids are invited for the selling of the below stated vehicle of Agribusiness Support Fund (ASF) “as is where is basis”. Details of the vehicle and Terms and Conditions are as under:

Terms & Conditions:

1. The aforementioned vehicle can be physically inspected during office hours on any working day till 30-01-2026 at the premises of Agribusiness Support Fund (ASF), Office # 63-64, 1^st Floor, Mini Market, Babu Rabnawaz Road, Block – E, MPCHS, B-17, Islamabad.
2. The bidders must submit copies of their CNICs, complete address, and cell numbers.
3. Sealed bids/offer along with earnest money @ Rs. 20,000 /- in shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft (Adjustable) in favor of Agribusiness Support Fund must be attached with the bid as security money. Cross Cheque shall not be entertained.
4. The successful bidder will have to pay 25% of the bid amount on the spot.
5. The successful bidder will have to transfer vehicle after making full payment, within five working days, failing which security shall be forfeited. No extension in time shall be allowed.
6. Sealed bids should reach to the undersigned by 10:00 am on Friday January 30, 2026 on the following address:
   1. a.     Procurement Unit, Agribusiness Support Fund (ASF), Office # 63-64, 1^st Floor, Mini Market, MR-12, Babu Rabnawaz Road, Block – E, MPCHS, B-17, Islamabad.
7. All prevailing Govt. taxes will be born by the successful bidder in addition to the bid amount.
8. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
