Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry / Help Desk Operator to manage data processing tasks and provide technical support to internal teams and clients. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
  • Respond to help desk queries from internal teams and clients in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and logs of issues, resolutions, and data updates.
  • Support team members in daily operational tasks and system usage guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with data quality standards and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, help desk support, or administrative roles.
  • 16 years of education in any relevant field.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, software applications, and office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Problem solving mindset for basic IT and operational issues.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM, or database management is a plus.
