Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, build predictive models, and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative, data driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models using Python.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Implement deep learning, NLP, or computer vision solutions based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into applications.
• Monitor, test, and optimize models to ensure performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies.
• Document processes, models, and findings for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in AI/ML or related roles.
• 16 years of formal education in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and data preprocessing.
• Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable ML deployment is a plus.
