CARE Pakistan is seeking a qualified consulting firm to design and operationalize a Private Sector Engagement (PSE) Strategy aimed at strengthening collaboration with private sector actors to promote climate resilience and women’s economic empowerment in Pakistan.

The consultancy will focus on private sector mapping, stakeholder engagement, CSR and foundation landscape analysis, co-investment opportunities, and development of a practical PSE strategy with a clear implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive Private Sector Engagement (PSE) Strategy

• Conduct primary and secondary research, including Key Informant Interviews (KIIs)

• Map potential private sector partners and CSR/foundation frameworks

• Facilitate stakeholder consultations and exploratory meetings with priority CSR partners

• Support establishment of a Private Sector Engagement Working Group

• Organize a Private Sector Roundtable on climate resilience and women’s empowerment

• Conduct capacity building sessions for CARE staff

• Support formation of a multi-stakeholder coalition

Eligibility & Experience

• Proven experience in private sector engagement, CSR, foundation initiatives, and strategy development

• Strong background in qualitative and quantitative research (KIIs, FGDs)

• Qualified team with relevant academic background in Economics, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields
