Introduction

CBM Pakistan works closely with partners to strengthen inclusive health systems and promote disability-inclusive development.
As part of our commitment to fostering a learning environment, CBM Pakistan offers internship opportunities to fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in administrative and operational functions within an INGO setting.
Internship Objective
The Admin Intern will support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks at the Country Office, particularly related to travel, logistics, documentation, and office coordination.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate with travel agents for flight bookings, ticket changes, and travel confirmations.

Liaise with rent-a-car services for vehicle bookings, schedules, and billing follow-up.

Maintain and update travel and vehicle records in Excel and filing systems.

Assist in documentation, record-keeping, scanning, and filing of admin and operational documents.

Support data entry, preparation of simple reports, and tracking sheets.

Coordinate with internal teams for admin-related requests and follow-ups.

Assist in organizing meetings, correspondence, and office logistics.

Support vendor coordination and follow up on quotations and invoices (as required).

Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Basic understanding of office administration and coordination tasks.
Competencies:

Good communication skills in English and Urdu.

Strong coordination and organisational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
