Job Overview

The Higher Secondary Educator will be responsible for teaching English or Urdu at the higher secondary level. The role includes developing lesson plans, delivering high quality instruction, evaluating student performance, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment to support academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards
• Develop and prepare teaching materials, assignments, and assessments
• Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage an interactive learning environment
• Mentor and guide students academically and personally
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies, ethics, and educational standards

Requirements

• M.Phil in the relevant subject (English / Urdu) with minimum 2 years teaching experience in the relevant field, Or 2nd Class / Grade 'C' equivalent BS / MA / MSc in the relevant subject (English / Urdu)
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant field.
• Strong knowledge and command of the subject (English / Urdu)
• Effective teaching and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to create and implement structured lesson plans
• Strong evaluation, assessment, and reporting skills
• Professional and student focused approach
• Experience in reputed higher secondary or intermediate institutions
• Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital tools
