Job Descriptions:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of project staff in line with the timelines.
- Prepare and issue HR documents (contracts, offer letters, extensions, experience letters).
- Administer employee benefits including health insurance and compensation structures.
- Maintain accurate project staff records for compliance and audits.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, attendance and final settlements.
- Handle employee relations matter and respond to staff queries and grievances.
- Analyze HR data (turnover, recruitment, compensation, L&D, engagement) and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for management and project teams.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across HRIS.
- Assist in audits, donor compliance reporting and benchmarking initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, IT and program teams to improve data systems and automation.
- Design and support Organizational Development initiatives to enhance performance and engagement.
- Conduct staff assessments (surveys, interviews) to identify organizational improvement areas.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- MBA/MPA/MS or BBA degree in HRM.
- Minimum 3 years/ Maximum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
