Role Overview
The Medical Assistant will serve as the primary clinical backbone of the facility, providing high quality nursing care and medical coordination for patients undergoing specialized rehabilitation. You will be responsible for clinical monitoring, medication administration, and assisting specialized doctors and fellows in the execution of treatment plans.
Responsibilities

Perform advanced nursing duties, including wound care, catheterization, IV cannulation, and monitoring vital signs for patients with complex needs.

Conduct initial medical screenings and physical assessments for new admissions, documenting findings for the multidisciplinary medical team.

Safely administer oral and injectable medications as prescribed, ensuring strict adherence to dosage schedules and documenting any adverse reactions.

Act as the first responder in clinical emergencies, providing BLS (Basic Life Support) and stabilizing patients until further medical help arrives.

Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the specialized "Fellows" (Physiotherapy, Speech, etc.) to ensure medical stability during therapy sessions.

Maintain rigorous medical records in compliance with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) standards and healthcare hygiene protocols.

Oversee the sterilization of medical equipment and maintain a sterile environment within the examination and treatment rooms.
Requirements

BS (04 years) in Nursing from a recognized institute.

Active registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) is mandatory.

While the ad focuses on the degree, 2–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or rehab setting is highly preferred for this seniority level.

Age Limit: 24–35 Years.

Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
