Position Summary
The Justice Hub Field Officer leads community engagement, outreach, and awareness initiatives to strengthen access to justice services. The role ensures effective implementation of Justice Hub programs, mobilizes paralegals, and builds strong community relationships to promote legal literacy and support vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities
-
Plan and organize minimum 4 legal literacy clinics per month.

Ensure ≥ 200 community participants monthly, with inclusion of women, minorities, and vulnerable groups.

Coordinate mobile legal “first-aid” outreach activities in underserved areas.

Conduct regular community mobilization sessions to promote Justice Hub services.

Lead outreach and visibility campaigns to increase awareness of services.

Conduct community sessions on legal rights, GBV response, and financial literacy.

Collect on-site client feedback via surveys and share with the M&E team.

Collaborate with M&E personnel to document outcomes, identify service gaps, and capture lessons learned.
Paralegal Supervision & Coordination:

Mobilize and supervise paralegals for outreach and awareness efforts.

Maintain updated paralegal rosters and monitor assigned tasks.

Log ≥ 20 paralegal actions per month in the Case Management System (CMS).
Referral & Case Follow-up:

Conduct follow-ups on external referrals (police, hospitals, shelters, NADRA).

Confirm referral outcomes within 14 days.
Documentation & Reporting:

Document outreach and mobilization activities.

Submit monthly progress reports with data-backed insights.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Community Development, or a related field.

Proven experience in field outreach, community mobilization, or paralegal work.

Familiarity with local languages, community networks, and vulnerable populations.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively lead small teams.
