About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin Associate to support our administrative and operational functions. This role involves assisting with doctor scheduling, clinic coordination, document management, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations across our medicolegal services.
This is a remote role supporting Australian operations, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to daily medicolegal operations

Coordinate doctor schedules, clinic appointments, and bookings

Assist with case tracking, documentation, and file management

Maintain and update records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Support billing and invoicing processes using Gentu or similar systems

Communicate with internal teams regarding case progress and scheduling updates

Assist with report coordination and administrative workflow management

Support operational teams with general administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field

3–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or medicolegal services

Familiarity with billing or practice management systems (Gentu preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines

High attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
