Job Description:

Marble Polishing

1. Train trainees on marble polishing techniques, equipment handling, and surface finishing standards.
2. Demonstrate the proper use of polishing machines, pads, and chemicals.
3. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
4. Assess trainee performance and provide practical guidance to improve work quality.

Marble Fixing

1. Train trainees on marble installation methods, measurement, cutting, and alignment techniques.
2. Demonstrate the correct use of fixing materials, adhesives, and installation tools.
3. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
4. Conduct practical evaluations and provide corrective training where necessary.

Fumigation

1. Train trainees on fumigation procedures, pest control methods, and safe chemical handling practices.
2. Educate trainees on safety protocols, environmental requirements, and regulatory compliance.
3. Demonstrate proper application techniques and equipment operation.
4. Monitor trainee competency and ensure safe and effective fumigation practices.

Sanitization

1. Train trainees on cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection procedures for various environments.
2. Teach standard operating procedures for pest control, chemical dilution ratios, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and the correct use of fogging and spraying equipment.
3. Demonstrate the proper use of sanitizing chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
5. Train trainees on safe chemical applications and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments.
6. Evaluate trainee performance and provide ongoing support to maintain service quality.

Glass Cleaning

1. Train trainees on professional glass cleaning techniques for interior and exterior surfaces.
2. Demonstrate safe and effective use of cleaning tools, chemicals, ladders, and access equipment.
3. Train on squeegee techniques, streak-free polishing methods, and the operation of high-reach glass cleaning systems.
4. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
5. Conduct practical assessments and provide coaching to improve efficiency and workmanship.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hands-on technical experience, with proven leadership or training capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of marble polishing and fixing techniques, pest control chemicals, sanitization procedures, and glass-cleaning methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for extended periods, working in dusty or noisy conditions, and lifting equipment when required.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
