CARE International in Pakistan is registered under Modaraba as defined in the Modaraba Companies and Modarabas (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 having NTN no.2767556-4, GST registered and also registered in KPRA.

 Request for Proposal

It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select vendor for CARE Pakistan for ‘’ MEDICINES FOR HEALTH FACILITIES IN KPK’’

 

The Bidding Documents

The Bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the bidding documents prepared for the selection of qualified vendor (RFP & Price Annexure). Failure to furnish all information required as per the bidding documents or to submit a bid not substantially responsive to the bidding documents in every respect will be at the Bidder’s risk and may result in bid rejection.

All bidders are advised to strictly follow the timeline mentioned below:

This procurement is conducted through an Open Competitive Request for Proposal in accordance with CARE Procurement Policy and DG ECHO procurement principles.

Proposals will be accepted until 11:59 PM, July 22, 2026, through email at [email protected] , no later than the above specified date.

Any proposals received after this date and time or received on other email ID will not be accepted.  All proposals must be signed by an official agent or representative of the company submitting the proposal.

 

All communications relating to this procurement — including clarification requests, submission of proposals, and any follow-up correspondence — shall be directed exclusively to the designated CARE Procurement focal person at [email protected]. Any attempt by a bidder to contact CARE staff, evaluation committee members, or Implementing Partner personnel outside this designated channel may result in disqualification.
