Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) is a leading humanitarian and healthcare organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through quality healthcare, rehabilitation, and social inclusion. We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Medical Officer to join our Rehabilitation Center in Larkana.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality outpatient and inpatient medical care to patients.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients according to clinical protocols.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Refer patients to specialists or higher-level healthcare facilities when required.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in health education, awareness sessions, and community outreach activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, clinical guidelines, and infection prevention protocols.
• Prepare monthly medical reports and maintain relevant statistics.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or NGO setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in Urdu and Sindhi; proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
