Pak Women is inviting applications from motivated and energetic fresh graduates/students for a Three-Month Internship Program under its ongoing development projects. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for young professionals to gain practical exposure in the development and non-profit sector, including both office-based assignments and fieldwork activities, while working with a professional and dynamic team. The program aims to enhance participants’ professional skills, understanding of community development initiatives, reporting, coordination, communication, and project implementation processes in a supportive learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates from recognized universities/colleges are encouraged to apply. 

• Candidates from disciplines such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Media & Communication, Human Rights, Gender Studies, Finance, IT, and other relevant fields may apply. 

• Good communication, coordination, and computer skills will be preferred. 

• Strong interest in community development and social sector initiatives. 

• Female candidates and candidates from local communities are highly encouraged to apply.
