Job Purpose:

To create high-quality, engaging, and impactful visual content that effectively communicates the organization’s mission, programs, and success stories across digital and social media platforms. The role is responsible for managing the complete video and photography production cycle—from conceptualization and pre-production to shooting, editing, and post-production—while ensuring professional standards, ethical consent, and safeguarding principles are maintained.

Qualification: 

• Minimum Matric/Intermediate
• Any certifications or diploma courses in Photography, Videography, Media Studies, Film Production, or other related disciplines is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant experience, preferably in the humanitarian sector

  Job Description: 

1. Shooting quality video footage & eye-catching images for all social media campaigns.
2. Producing footage for orphan success stories, documentaries, TVCs, and social media ads.
3. Operating mirrorless and DSLR digital cameras, sound, and lighting equipment.
4. Shooting scenes according to the guidelines and requirements of the project’s needs.
5. Conceptualizing video shoots, preplanning, selection of locations and talents.
6. Preproduction, production and postproduction tasks are done regularly with a timeline.
7. Editing videos and photos using Photoshop, Final Cut, DaVinci & Premiere.
8. Travel extensively to project sites to capture orphan stories and general footage.
9. Using special effects, 3D graphics, and compositing to enhance visual storytelling and produce engaging, high-quality multimedia content.
10. Asking for consent, keeping ethical and moral values during video/ photography recording.
