1. Introduction

Hashoo Foundation invites sealed proposals from building owners, real estate firms, and authorized agents for the provision of office space on a rental basis in Islamabad.

2. Requirement Overview

The organization intends to acquire suitable office premises with the following minimum requirements:

Area Required: Minimum approx 2,500 sq. ft. (preferably contiguous space)

Preferred Locations: Sectors H-8, I-8, I-9, G-8, G-9 & G-10

 or nearby areas

Usage: NGO office setup

Availability: Ready to move or within a short handover period

3. Location Preference

Preference will be given to properties that:

• Are in commercial or approved office use zones
• Provide easy access to main roads and public transport

4. Minimum Facility Requirements

The premises offered should ideally include:

• Open workspace and partitioned offices
• Meeting/board room space
• Reception area
• Kitchen/pantry and washrooms
• Adequate parking facilities
• Reliable electricity supply
• Internet/telecom infrastructure availability
• Fire safety compliance and emergency exits
• Security arrangements

5. Lease Terms

• Minimum lease duration: [5 – 10 years]
• Rent escalation terms (if any) to be clearly defined
• Possession timeline to be specified
