Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in delivering financial literacy, business development, or entrepreneurship training, preferably with women and vulnerable communities.

Certification in financial literacy, microfinance, or enterprise development will be an added advantage.

Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

Fluency in Persian, Pashto, and Dari languages is required.
