About the Role:

The Resource Mobilization Officer (CSR) will support donor identification, fundraising campaigns, community engagement, stakeholder coordination, and donor reporting to strengthen READ Foundation’s resource base and support its education mission in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential donors, community supporters, corporate partners, and local stakeholders.

• Plan and support fundraising campaigns, outreach activities, and donor engagement events.

• Build and maintain relationships with donors, school leadership, community representatives, and local partners.

• Maintain accurate donor records, pledges, commitments, follow-ups, and contribution reports.

• Focus on overseeing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

• Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proven networking and relationship management skills

• Event planning and coordination expertise

• Research and data handling capability

• Basic analytical and reporting skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

• No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in written tests/interviews.
