Role Purpose
The E-LTM Project Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for overall management, coordination, and implementation of the E-LTM project activities. S/he will directly oversee training, mentorship, enterprise support interventions, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. Working under the supervision of the Program Manager and in close coordination with other departments, the Coordinator will ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Coordination

Develop and execute detailed work plans, budgets, and timelines for E-LTM activities.

Coordinate with field teams and trainers to ensure smooth implementation across all three locations.

Ensure alignment of project activities with AHKF’s policies, donor requirements, and strategic objectives.

Maintain close coordination with HR, Finance, Admin, and Communications teams for operational support.
2. Training & Mentorship Oversight
-
Oversee the design and adaptation of training curricula for MSMEs (entrepreneurship, financial literacy, marketing, vocational skills).

Manage recruitment and performance of trainers, mentors, and resource persons.

Ensure inclusivity and gender sensitivity in all training and mentorship activities.

Monitor training quality and provide technical backstopping where needed.
3. Enterprise Development & Partnerships
-
Support MSMEs in developing business plans and accessing credit/financing opportunities.
-
Facilitate partnerships with chambers of commerce, private sector, and market actors for value chain linkages.

Promote innovative and sustainable business practices, including digital tools and climate-smart solutions.
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
-
Work with the M&E team to develop tools and track project indicators (enterprise growth, revenue, jobs created).

Maintain project records, databases, and documentation of beneficiaries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports for internal and donor use.

Capture lessons learned, best practices, and success stories for knowledge sharing.
5. Financial & Administrative Oversight

Monitor project budget utilization in coordination with Finance.

Ensure transparent use of resources and compliance with donor/organizational policies.

Oversee procurement of training materials, logistical arrangements, and administrative tasks related to project delivery.
6. Team Leadership & Capacity Building
-
Supervise field staff and ensure their professional development through coaching and mentoring.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Conduct periodic performance reviews of project staff.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Master’s degree in business administration, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum 7–8 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in project management/coordination of livelihoods, enterprise development, or MSME support programs.

Proven experience in training and mentorship program oversight.
-
Strong knowledge of market linkages, microfinance, and enterprise development approaches.
-
Excellent project management, analytical, and report-writing skills.
-
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
-
Proficiency in English and Urdu (knowledge of regional languages an advantage).
