CARE Pakistan invites applications from eligible consultant firms/training providers for the implementation of the Women-led Micro and Small Enterprises (W-MSEs) Capacity Building Program under the Strive Women Program. The assignment aims to strengthen the financial health, digital skills, business management capacity, and entrepreneurial excellence of women-led micro and small enterprises (W-MSEs) across Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.

The selected consultant firm/training provider will be responsible for planning and delivering in-person and hybrid capacity-building sessions, arranging training logistics and materials, conducting assessments, and submitting comprehensive training reports. The assignment will cover key implementation areas including Multan, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Matiari, Jamshoro, Mirpur Khas, and Quetta.

Interested firms/training providers having at least five (05) years of relevant experience in conducting similar capacity-building initiatives with INGOs, NGOs, UN agencies, or development organizations are encouraged to apply.
