Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Only Lahore-Based Candidates)

Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing project-related data, and supporting in reporting activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain project and beneficiary data in organizational databases and systems.
  • Verify data accuracy and identify any missing or incorrect information.
  • Maintain proper electronic and physical filing systems for project documentation.
  • Assist in compiling reports, data summaries, and project records.
  • Coordinate with field staff and relevant departments for data collection and updates.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive organizational and beneficiary information.
  • Support Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities through accurate data management.  
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks and reporting deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suit, (Excel,Word PowerPoint).
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of NGO documentation and reporting procedures.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working with NGO databases, MIS, or reporting systems and Power BI will

be an added advantage.

  • Excellent documentations and reporting skills.

 

Working Conditions

  • Full-time office-based position but required field Visits.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment.

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s / Graduation Degree from a recognized university or institute.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry, record management, or administrative support, preferably in the NGO / development sector.
