BIDS REQUIRED FOR THE AUCTION OF THE VEHICLE

Malteser International is a worldwide relief agency with over 50 years of experience in humanitarian relief, and at present covers projects in 20 countries in Africa, Asia and the Americas.

Malteser International intends to auction the following vehicle through sealed bids on “AS IS WHERE IS” BASIS. VEHICEL: Vehicle Registration City Make Model (Islamabad) Daihtsu/Terios Ltv CC 1500 COLOR Silver 2010

A) - A vehicle on sale will be available for inspection at House 223-A Broadway Street Park Road Green Avenue Islamabad between 10:00 hours to 16:00 hours. (Monday to Friday)

B) -Potential buyers can collect the bid form from Malteser International office or following email ID Email ID: [email protected] not later than 30th June 2026 and should submit their bid in a closed envelope with attention to the procurement committee to the Malteser International office at House 223-A Broadway Street, Park Road Green Avenue, Islamabad, NOT LATER THAN 30th June 2026.

C) - All bids must include the following minimum information:

1)-Full Name of the Bidder

2)-National Identification Number (NIC)

3)-Telephone number

4)-Bidding amount against vehicle number

5) - NTN if any 6. Email Address

D)-The quoted amount shall include all applicable taxes, which will be deducted in accordance with IT law”
