Job Purpose

To collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making, program monitoring, and health information system strengthening within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage datasets from multiple sources.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
• Work on DHIS2 system configuration, data entry validation, and reporting.
• Support development and maintenance of DHIS2 modules, datasets, and indicators.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Develop visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Use KoboToolbox (KoBo Collect) for digital data collection, form design, and field data management.
• Monitor field data collection and ensure proper synchronization and accuracy.
• Identify trends and performance indicators for health programs.
• Collaborate with IT and program teams for data requirements and system improvements.
• Assist in designing data collection tools and improving reporting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Public Health, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting role.
• Strong experience in DHIS2 implementation, data management, and reporting.
• Practical knowledge of KoboToolbox (KoBo Collect) for field data collection.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, data cleaning, and basic statistical analysis.
