Action For Humanity (AFH) is a UK based International NGO, working in the sectors of  education, health, food security livelihoods and Water Sanitation and Hygiene across  Pakistan. AFH is working in Pakistan under a Memorandum of Understanding signed with  the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan. 

We are preparing to launch our office operations across Pakistan and would like to  request quotations for Rent -a- Car Services. Kindly submit your quotations by Friday  June 26, 2026 before 17:00 hours PST as per below details.  

Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Rent-a-Car Services 

Reference: RFQ – Rent-a-Car Services as attached Chart. 

We are seeking competitive quotations from reputable rent-a-car service providers for  the provision of Rented Vehicles on a monthly and per-day basis for Bahawalpur and  Sukkur regions. Kindly provide your best rates in the Attached table. Vendors who have  Local of Bahawalpur and Sukkur or well reputed will be preferred. 

Standard Terms & Conditions 

1. Vehicle Condition: All vehicles should be clean, fully functional, well-maintained, air conditioned. 

2. Driver: Must be professional, licensed, well-mannered, and familiar with routes. 3. Fuel: Separate rate per km to be mentioned where applicable on current Fuel prices.  Fuel cost will only be paid as per actual kilometers traveled. Toll tax will be paid on  actual basis. 

4. Maintenance: All maintenance and repair costs shall be borne by the service provider. 5. Replacement: In case of vehicle breakdown or driver absence, a replacement must be  provided immediately without extra cost. 

6. Availability: Vehicle must be available on call or as per the scheduled plan shared by  the organization. 

7. Payment Terms: Payments will be made on a monthly basis after submission of invoice  and verification. 

8. Taxes: All applicable taxes must be clearly mentioned in the quotation. 9. Validity: Quotation should be valid for a minimum period of 30th June 2027 from the  quotation day / date. 

10. Submission Deadline: All quotations must be submitted 17:00 PST on or before 26thJune 2026 as per below mention address or through replying this email.
