KM Ustawana International is expanding its Global Ecommerce operations, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team.

If you have hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you.

 Platforms We Operate On:
Amazon | Walmart | Shopify | eBay | Etsy | TikTok Shop

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily order processing and fulfilment across multiple marketplaces
• Handle customer support and maintain high response standards
• Create, update, and optimize product listings
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking
• Follow up with suppliers and track shipments
• Maintain operational reports and support overall workflow efficiency

Requirements
• Proven experience working on one or more e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Strong understanding of order management and marketplace operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
